Loyalist College 3rd Floor Renovation, Belleville

The overall project included major interior renovations to the 3rd floor of the Northumberland Wing of the Kente Building at Loyalist College. The area renovated was approximately 27,000 sf. The scope of work included demolition of existing space and construction of new nursing/paramedic labs. Phasing was required to accommodate adjacent spaces that remained occupied during the academic year.

Complete interior demolition of the existing classroom and dry lab areas; Reconfiguration of the space into a modern configuration for nursing and paramedic labs for the School of Health; Modernization of electrical power and lighting systems, communication technologies, HVAC, hydronic heating and plumbing systems; replacement of existing windows.
